Support Functions Permanent contract Czech Republic Ostrava

Job Description

  • Analysing and resolving incidents for customers on the 2nd and sometimes 3rd level of support while working with leading technologies such as ServiceNow, CyberArk, AWS, Google suites
  • handling the proper escalation of critical incidents
  • Managing and maintaining different IT environments from the perspective of security
  • Seeking improvements, standardization and automations
  • Creating and maintaining documentation

Qualifications

  • Communicative and customer oriented colleague
  • Experience from international environments is an advantage
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in service delivery teams
  • Understands the basics of IT and is willing to learn fast
  • Capable of independent and efficient decision-making 
  • Ability to work well with others, and be a team-player
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 operations model
  • A good level of spoken and written English, at least B2
